The following items have been discussed with owner:
-violation 103 - sauces production - no file available. Please resubmit the following and we will update your file: submit the floor plan with clear separation of the different food facilities under this address and ownership.
-Submit the lab results/ labels/ food safety plan for all sauces produced for bottling/ that will be supplied the commercial stores/facilities
- Items made at this facility are: spring rolls, marinated meat, soups, wanton - please provide more information on the transportation and food safety plan is not in the file. Some notes are identifying that we have frozen goods transported to the main restaurant. need clarification
- Food to be protected during handling - janitorial facility to be enclosed
