- General sanitation is satisfactory
- All coolers (two upright) < or = 4C.
- Upright freezer = -18C
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.
- No bulk food items stored in bins.
- Random food items (i.e. prepackaged dry foods) checked for expiration dates, condition of packaging, and signs of deterioration. All in good condition.
- Dry storage area is organized and food items are kept at min 6inches (15cm) off the floor for better cleaning, air circulation, and preventing pest contamination.
Note: Two upright freezers were not in use and power off.
