- Handwash station adequately supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- Refrigeration temperatures satisfactory, measured at less than 4C
- Temperatures monitored and adequate logs are maintained
- 200ppm QUAT sanitizer available at three compartment sink dispenser.
- FoodSafe certified staff on site.
- No evidence of pests noted.
