FACILITY HAS BEEN ORDERED CLOSED DUE TO SEVERE RODENT INFESTATION AND CURRENT UNSANITARY CONDITION:
13. Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not maintained in sanitary condition [FPR s. 17(1) – s. 16]
16. Premises is not free of pests [FPR s. 26(a)]
THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS MUST BE COMPLETED:
The following actions are to be completed:
1) Clean and sanitize all areas affected by rodent droppings. Remove all droppings/feces from facility. All floors, shelves, equipment, utensils, dishes, take out containers and bags must be either discarded or cleaned and sanitized. Remove all items from shelves and clean and sanitize. Move all items from floors and shelves to sanitize properly. Discard all contaminated single use items. All surfaces (including floors, shelving, counters) must be sanitized with 200ppm Chlorine sanitizer or run through dishwasher with final sanitizing rinse.
2) Inspect all containers storing food items, bags of food items and containers storing dishes for evidence of rodents. Discard any food items that have been contaminated by rodent droppings.
3) Inspect facility for holes. Fill any remaining holes with non-chewable materials (metal or wood).
4) Cease food production IMMEDIATELY. No food production is to occur during cleaning of rodent droppings from facility to prevent against contamination.
5) Do not open facility without approval from Fraser Health Authority. Leave Order posted. Do ont move, alter, cover, destroy Closure Order once posted. Contact Fraser Health Authority for opening inspection of facility.

- Freezers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to -18 degrees Celsius
- Hot Holding achieving temperatures of greater than or equal to 60 degrees Celsius
- Dishwasher achieving final sanitizing rinse of greater than or equal to 72 (…) Degrees Celsius ppm at the dish
- Sanitizer solution in use throughout food preparation areas and at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm Chlorine
- Back door closed during inspection
- FoodSafe Certified staff present during inspection
