Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Upon arrival of EHO sanitizer solution was less than 200ppm QUAT. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION.
Sanitizer solution only tested 3 times per week.
Staff washing and sanitizing blenders once per day.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure sanitizer solution is changed at least every two hours if not checked with test strips throughout the day. Sanitizer solution is to be tested daily.
Blenders are to be washed, rinsed and sanitized every 2 hours or more frequently as necessary.
