Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cups used instead of scoops inside dry storage containers. A cup was fully immersed inside a sauce mixture inside the walk-in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Cups removed at time of inspection. Do not place cups inside food products, as they can be contaminated by food handlers' hands.

Routine inspection conducted. Facility is in good sanitary condition and is generally well-lit.

1. Temperatures
- Beverage stand-up cooler at 4C
- Walk-in cooler at 2C
- Walk-in freezer at -7C *Service the walk-in freezer so that it maintains -18C or below*
- Display sweets cooler at 4C
- Stand-up freezer unit at -18C
- Potatoes were cooling at room temperature at time of inspection (ambient temperature of ~25-35C), allegedly prepared 1/2 hour ago. They were placed inside the walk-in cooler at time of inspection
- Temperature logs were not maintained for November. Ensure that you maintain temperature logs up-to-date

2. Hygiene and Sanitizing
- Hand wash stations adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels
- Bleach spray bottle sanitizer available at 200 ppm
- Utensils and containers are generally in good sanitary condition
- 3-compartment sink available for ware-washing. Washed, rinsed, and sanitized products are placed onto wall-mounted drying rack

3. Storage
- Food products stored at least 6" off the floor
- Food products generally covered with lids when not in use
- Raw products (e.g. fish) stored underneath cooked and ready-to-eat products

4. Pest Control
- No signs of recent pest activity at time of inspection
- Back door is tightly shut, no prominent, visible entry sites observed during inspection

- Permit posted and up-to-date
