-Handwashing sink fully-equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel. -Walk-in freezer is maintaining temperature at <-18°C -Walk-in fridge and prep cooler is at < 4°C -Three compartment sink for manual dishwashing with Quat sanitizer dispensed at 200ppm. -No signs of pests. -Hot holding of pizza observed at 55 - 60°C on the surface -Pizza is time-tracked and discarded after 1.5 hours -Drink cooler is storing some PHF and is maintaining < 4°C -General sanitation is good. -Staff are asked Covid Screening questions before they begin working. -Self-service drink machine is in use -Please ensure signs and hand-sanitizer are available and next to the machine.
