Until the unit is capable of keeping foods at 60 degree Celsius or higher do not store any potentially hazardous foods in the unit or discard all potentially hazardous foods after 2 hours that were stored at hot holding temperatures below 60 degree Celsius. Contact Fraser health for reinspection.

- soup hot holding above 60 degree Celsius. Soup must be reheated as per the supplier instructions. Note: Soup added to the menu without Fraser Health approval. Update food safety plan and submit a copy to Fraser health for review and approval.
Note: do not store coffee cups next to vehicle fluids such as motor oil.
Note: Always contact Fraser Health prior to making changes to the menu or the floor plan of the premises for review and approval. Manger on site indictaed the premise maybe undergoing renovations in the future. submit floor plans to Fraser Health for review and approval.
