Observation: Review of 3 staff files observed one staff missing copy of criminal records clearance CRC) on file.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all staff files are complete prior to their start of employment. Please submit a written plan to address this contravention as the staff cannot work alone with children until copy of CRC is obtained.
