-Follow-up inspection to February 15, 2023.
-Handwash station in the back is no longer blocked by the chest freezer. Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Slicer and dicer were found to be clean and sanitary. Staff we properly cleaning and sanitizing equipment.
-Blender containers are sanitized every 2 hours.
-Quats sanitizer pails were labelled and tested at 200ppm. Ensure the dispenser is properly dispensing sanitizer prior to filling the pails. Check the sanitizer dispenser at the start of the day to verify the concentration is correct.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until August 13, 2023. Additional staff have been registered to complete FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent training.
-Hand delivered Health Permit. Ensure permit is posted in a visible location and contact the Health Department if any changes occur to the facility (see attached Permit Letter)
-Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
