Cleanliness and organization of kitchen has been maintained - thank you Discussed dishwashing practices - large equipment is flipped and given a 2 minute sanitizing soak on each side - good Sesame balls and spring rolls are left in the cooler. Only one of each item are left out for display purposes and "Sample" tag is on item. All temperatures meet health requirements Sanitizer in spray bottles at 100ppm Cl Thermometers in units Small portion of noodles taken out for service Ensure scoops are stored handle up in bulk items and Scoop is NOT stored in ice machine.
