Staff area - drywall and painting completed; floor still to be sealed 3. Dishwashing area- product on site to protect wall behind 3-compartment sink - to be installed. Hand wash station fully equipped. 4. Self-Service area - hand sanitizer located at bulk food area. signs re: sanitizer use printed on site to be posted. Utensils to be washed and sanitized in the back dishwashing area and disperse handles to be sanitized throughout the day 5. All coolers have thermometers and temperature log has been printed. Health Approval granted for food store; contingent on above items being completed.
