Hot held sauces and rice found >60C
*Never mix cold products into these hot holding units. Always reheat to 74C before hot holding
*Please use lids to help preserve temperature
Quat sanitizer in spray bottles found at 200ppm
*Recommend also using a bleach rag bucket - use 100ppm of chlorine. Approx 1 cap of bleach for every gallon water
