Observation: 1. An open box of oregano and open container of yeast were observed at this time.
2. Observed a container of cooked pasta without a cover in the pizza assembling cooler.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure opened food packaging is re-sealed or contents are transferred to a food grade container with tight fitting lid. Correct this by: May 17, 2022.
2. Provide a cover to the pasta container. Correct this by: immediately.
