Observation: 1. Dirty fly strip hanging in food prep area.
2. Ventilation hood extremely dusty and greasy.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Do no hang fly strip in food prep area and change frequently to ensure premise is maintained in a sanitary manner. To be corrected by end of day.
2. Ventilation hood is due for servicing, manager said professional cleaners are coming the next day. To be corrected by 28-July-2021.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Dirty equipment is observed left overnight.
2. Flour and food debris is observed underneath equipment/shelves and along the edges of the floor in the back storage area.
3. Dirty fly strip hangin in ofod prep area.
4. Ventilation hood is due for servicing and extremely dusty and greasy.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Always clean and sanitize right after food prep is done.
2. This can attract pests, please clean. To be corrected by 30-Jul-2021.

-No signs of pests, professional pest control comes regularly.
