General sanitation is very good.
The fan hood - clean.
Prep. insert cooler at 4.0 C (the kitchen).
Walk-in cooler at 2.1 C.
Food storage in the walk-in cooler - organized/food is covered.
High temperature dishwasher at 76 C.
Kitchen handwashing sink supplied with hot and cold running water; liquid soap & paper towel.
Bleach solution - available. Surface sanitizer in a container at 100 ppm.
3-compartment sink - satisfactory.
No signs of pests are noted at the time of inspection.

Note: No preparation at the time of inspection.
Small amount of food on site.

Recommendation:
- The ceiling in the walk-in cooler has to be cleaned from dust.

At the time of inspection, found that the legal owner name is changed.
Application for Health Approval is provided.
The operator submitted the Copy of Certificate of Incorporation, cheque for 150 $ (Permit Fee) # 159.
