Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection report# KLAI-CJ3SPC
Rice in individual stainless steel containers, stored in a "keep warm" rice cooker, were noted at more than 60C during the inspection.
Improved sanitary condition noted for the deep fryer cabinet and dry storage room. As per operator, they are removing the prep cabinet located beside the 3-compartment sink.
Operator was present at the time of inspection.
Please ensure to have staff sign up for FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent so that at least one person on shift at all time has taken the course in the absence of the operator.

Outstanding violation to be evaluated during the next routine inspection (approximately 3 months from now):
Remove all the cardboard on the floor. Line or replace all bare wood cabinetry units in the kitchen and preparation areas. This is required as all surfaces in the kitchen must be smooth, impervious to moisture to allow all surfaces to be easily cleanable.
