*Walk in freezer on defrost at time of inspection. Temperature at -8c
*Affix 2022 decal to operating permit to show it is valid
*Check glass cooler temperature in 1 hour as cooler was on defrost cycle at time of inspection.
*Dishwasher logs not accurate as data filled in until August 15.
