Observation: Pest droppings observed in food storage area and stored bulk bins and storage shelves
Correction: - Clean and sanitize all areas with 200ppm chlorine residual solution
Comments

- Follow up inspection is conducted. CLOSURE ORDER is rescinded.
- Back area, dishwashing area and dry storage area are now maintained in clean and sanitary condition
- All dishware and utensils have been cleaned and sanitized
- All food items in dry storage area now stored in pest proof containers.

NOTE: Pest control company is hired and will be visiting on 24th January. Take necessary actions to control rodent infestation. Keep the report on site for review.
