Follow up inspection to MTRG-ATEVWN.
- Operator and staff have cleaned and sanitized front areas and back areas of facility.
- Pest Control Operator on-site during time of inspection. Frequency of service has increased in colder months
Note: Pest Control Operator to email reports to Environmental Health Officer
- Base boards have been installed in areas where gaps were present
- Facility has been re-organized and clutter removed
- All torn/ damaged food products have been discarded
- Veg and meat processing area maintained in sanitary condition - Facility can now operate this area

Notes:
- Ensure to continue daily monitoring of facility with flashlight
- Continue to plug/ seal all entry points
- Continue to store food products off the ground (at least 6")
- Continue to keep facility in good sanitary condition
