-Under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Bar cooler was at 4C.
-Kitchen domestic refrigerator/freezer used to store potentially hazardous foods was at 4C/-16C and 4C/-13C.
-Silver domestic refrigerator/freezer was at 6C/-13C. Cooler unit is only used to store pickled daikon - pH less than 4.
-Kimchi coolers were less than 4C.
-Chicken is cooked to order. Chicken is cooked based on time and was greater than 74C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Bleach and sink plugs available.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottles labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Plastic gloves used to handle raw chicken for battering changed every 2 hours.
-Vegetable slicer was clean and sanitary. Slicer is disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing after each use.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until May 11, 2026.
