Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cookies were stored in a cabinet directly under a drain pipe.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store foods under the drain pipe to prevent potential contamination from leaking water pipes. Cookies were moved at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Upright refrigerator/freezers were at 4C/-13C and 3C/-12C.
-Refrigerator temperature checked and recorded daily - July 16 and 17 missed.
-Food was cooked to greater than 74C and served (not hot held).
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse of 71C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for sanitizing).
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Handwash station accessible and equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until April 1, 2024.
