- General sanitation adequate - No sign of recent pest activity was observed at the time of inspection - Coolers noted at 4C or below - Freezers noted at -18C or below - Bleach sanitizer noted at or above 100 ppm * walk in cooler was observed at ~7C. Based on their temperature log, the walk in cooler was at around 2C (this morning and yesterday). Temperature increase may be due to a defrost cycle, or their thermometer is not working properly. The operator is to continue monitoring for the temperature with a different thermometer. No PHFs are stored in this cooler. COVID 19 - Maximum occupancy sign is posted - Staff wellness check is conducted - Signature was not corrected due to COVID19
