*Glass washer has been serviced. Unit provided 25ppm (+) iodine sanitizer in final rinse; new sanitizer added recently. Ensure unit is checked daily and maintains sanitizer strength at 12.5 - 25ppm iodine. Ensure concentration does not increase over current levels, as they appear to be at the upper allowable limit.
*Glassware may now be washed in bar glass washer.
*No other concerns at this time.
