Routine inspection: No food processing occurred in the premise, operation is limited to storage and distribution of food products.

-as per Provincial Health Officer's order, all workplaces need to develop a COVID safety plan. You must develop a plan to ensure the safety of your employees and post the pan on your website or keep it on-site.
-Walk-in freezer temperature measured -14.9C.
-General sanitation is satisfactory, all food stored off freezer floor. No evidence of pest observed at the time of inspection.
-Reminder to follow first in first out rule for all the food products, monitor the best before date.
