General comments
- Handsinks equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- High temperature dishwasher measured to have final rinse temperature of 71C at the plate. Note: Detergent is running low and needs replacement
- Two compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Provided Fraser Health's two-compartment sink manual dishwashing diagram.
- QUATS sanitizer solution measured to be at 200ppm. Bleach available as an alternate sanitizer. Note: only 0.5 teaspoon of bleach in 1L of water required to make 100 to 200ppm sanitizer solution.
- Dipper well in use for storage of ice cream scoops
- All freezers (standing and chest freezers) measured to be at -18C or less. Ice cream is covered.
- Premises maintained in sanitary condition
