Observation: 3 mop buckets noted at back - 2 with very dirty/mirky water. Fruit flies noted flying above buckets and on fly trap.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all dirty/used mop water is dumped after each use to prevent attracting pests. Rinse out dirty bucket also after each dump.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure all leaks are sealed/repaired. All pipes must be operating properly without leaks.
