Follow up inspection to report DSOG-C6NTYY: - Sanitizers throughout the kitchen/bar measured at 200ppm QUAT concentration. Ensure that all designated bins are properly labeled. - The main handwashing station at the bar equipped with mounted soap dispenser. - The drawer of the undercounter cooler at the bar is now securely closing and maintaining 4C. - FOODSAFE trained on staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection. Note: Payment has been made for the annual permit fee and a new decal will be issued. Please post a valid decal on the Operating Permit once it arrives.
