Some chewed foam bits noted at the bottom right corner of double doors in end processing room 3. Small hole noted in middle production area behind packaging machine. Corrective Action(s): Ensure all droppings and chewed materials are cleaned up and areas sanitized. Seal any gaps or holes in walls. Monitor these areas for pest activity and inform pest control. Pest control reports for Mar 6 and Mar 22 reviewed during inspection. Some activity noted with improvements since last routine health inspection. Apr 3 pest control service noted in log however report was not available at facility during inspection. Email report to FHA once received from the pest control tech - business card provided.
