Honey production. - General sanitation- good. - Hand washing sinks supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. - Three compartment sink available for dishwashing; and it is satisfactory at the time of inspection. - Food contact surface sanitizer is available at 100 ppm chlorine residual in spray bottles. - Pest control measures are in place. No evidence of pest activity is noted during inspection. - Food storage area is maintained in clean, sanitary condition. - All items stored off the floor.
