Routine inspection conducted with the presence of 3 staff.

- General sanitation was satisfactory.
- Hand sinks fully equipped with hand soap, paper towel and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers (walk-in, sandwich, under the counter) maintained at 4C or less.
- Walk-in freezer maintained at -24.4C.
- Meat balls and 2 types of soups on hot holding units kept above 60C.
- 200 ppm quats available from in pails and spray bottles.
- 3 compartment sink available for manual dishwash. Drain plugs present.
- Food containers stored in coolers properly covered and labelled.
- Dry food items stored off the ground and organized.
- Temperature records maintained and available for review.
- Staff observed washing their hands between tasks.
- Back door closed tight, No pest activities observed.
