Kitchen:
- General sanitation - good.
- Domestic refrigerator cooler and freezer - satisfactory.
Note: Temperature log - available.
Note: Dishwasher is not in use.
- Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing.
- Bleach is available. Food contact surface sanitizer is prepared after every meal.
Note: Surface sanitizer (Bleach solution) at 100 ppm was away from the kitchen. Please keep sanitizer in the kitchen too.

- Storage freezers located outside at -18C.
Storage area:
- Dry storage room located downstairs is locked, food storage practices are satisfactory.
- Domestic cooler in dry storage room at 4C.

Friendly reminder: Ensure that sanitizer is prepared by mixing one teaspoon bleach in one litre of water to make 100ppm concentration.
