Observation: Heavy build up of grease observed on range hood. Some baffles tinted dark yellow and droplets of oil forming along the edges of range hood. Build up can potentially lead to pest harbourage (serve as a food source), contaminate food (oil droplets), or become a fire hazard.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Clean and sanitize baffles regularly.
2. Range hood must be cleaned regularly despite being serviced every 6 months.
3. Develop and schedule regular staff cleaning for both a) baffles and b) range hood
