Hand washing in the back did not have hand soap nor paper towel. All hand washing stations must be stocked with liquid soap and paper towel at all times Corrective Action(s): Required operator replenish liquid soap and paper towel. Overall sanitation satisfactory; minor build-up of debris but no accumulation noted. Ensure to clean and sanitize area Hot and cold running water available Three compartment sink used for manual ware washing; bleach available for sanitization. QUAT sanitizer available and in use; detected 200 ppm of QUATs All coolers at 4 C or lower; upright freezer at -18 C or lower. Hot holding unit on but not at 60 C; operator turned it on when they opened at 12 PM. Inspection took place at 12:15 PM. Ensure to turned on the holding unit at wait until it is at 60 C before putting any food in it. No sign of pests noted at the time of inspection
