Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A jug of milk was stored directly in the ice machine. The ice could be directly contaminated by anything placed directly inside of it.

Observation: Prep cooler had an ambient temperature of between 9-13 C. Operator stated that a part is on order for this cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Fix within one week. All foods in the cooler were moved to a working cooler or placed on ice temporarily.

Comments

-Reviewed two compartment sink dishwashing method with the operator. Ensure that utensils and blenders are washed, rinsed and sanitized.
-Remove clutter from the back of the store within one week.

Domestic cooler was < 4 C, freezer on top was < -18 C.
Two chest freezers were < -18 C.
Bleach sanitizer bottle had 100 ppm chlorine.
No evidence of pests.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
