-Follow-up inspection to March 14, 2022.
-Knives were stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection. Did not observe any knives stored between prep tables.
-Did not observe foods thawing at room temperature at the time of inspection.
-Did not observe foods stored in opened metal cans at the time of inspection.
-Foods were stored off the ground and in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection.
-Sweets in the front area were covered with plastic wrap and protected from potential customer contamination at the time of inspection.
-Shelving units are lined with a plastic material which can be cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis.
-Chemicals were properly labelled at the time of inspection. Ensure to relabel containers as needed - when the tape falls off.
-Facility has discontinued the use of used grocery bags to store foods - foods are stored in new zip seal bags at the time of inspection.
