Cleaning required above knobs of "Vitality" juice dispenser as there is some accumulation of dust, debris and splatter which can fall into the juice below.

Routine Inspection:
- Hand washing station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- All temperatures met health requirements:
Stand-up cooler = 2.1 degrees Celsius
Stand-up freezer = -19.4 degrees Celsius
Walk-in cooler = 1.1 degrees Celsius
Sandwich prep cooler = 2.2 degrees Celsius
Stand-up freezer #1 in storage room = -22 degrees Celsius
Stand-up freezer #2 in storage room = -24 degrees Celsius
Walk-in freezer = -19.7 degrees Celsius
No hot held food at the time of inspection, however hot holding units maintained above 60 degrees. Ensure foods are cooked/re-heated to greater than 74 degrees Celsius before being placed in the hot holding units.
- Temperature logs well maintained.
- Dishwashing and sanitation logs well maintained.
- Low temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 50 ppm chlorine.
- Concentration of QUAT sanitizer at dispenser, in bucket and in spray bottle = 200 ppm.
- Ice machine clean. Ice scoop stored in designated container.
- General food storage practices very good at the time of inspection:
Food covered and protected from contamination.
No dented cans observed.
Dry storage organized.
Bulk foods (e.g. flour, sugar, oats) stored in pest proof containers.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
