Comments

General:
- handwashing stations stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
- inspector ran out of strips to determine sanitizer level; however, solution smelled strongly of bleach - ensure that a 100ppm solution is being used (1tbsp bleach per 4L of water)
- dishwasher reached 74C at the final rinse cycle
- FOODSAFE requirements met
- staff indicated that the very small portion of saffron rice is either used or discarded every 15 minutes
- meat grinder attachment kept in cooler
- six styrofoam boxes of rice and tray of cooling meat are for personal consumption
