Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Stand up cooler is measured to be 8.3oC (air temperature). Random food temperature check ranged from 5.5oC (passionfruit mixture) and 5.7oC (unopened milk). Digital thermometer on the outside of the cooler indicating temperature at 46.5 oF to 48oF. Temperature log is not maintained.
Corrective Action(s): Food temperature must be 4oC or less at all times in cooler.
All food products in cooler discarded:
-->5 2L milk glasses
-->2 Soy milk
-->1 whipping cream
-->3 x 22QT milk tea containers
-->8 containers of toppings (ie. different flavors of jelly, etc)
-->3 packs of Yakult

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. A big bag of coffee & tea whitener noted at the back kitchen placed right in front of handsink, blocking access to handsink. Also, dust is caked onto the stainless steel handsink surface, an indication of handsink not being in use.
2. Used utenils/equipment (ie. metal stirrer, bubble tea shaker containers) noted in handsink at front.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Move whitener to another location so that handsink is not blocked.
2. It has been mentioned to operator that the handsink closest to cashier is the designated handsink, and must be used as handsink only. Failure to comply may result in further enforcement action (ie. order, ticket). Perhaps labelling the sink may help remind all staff.
