Introduction

An unscheduled follow-up inspection to the Routine Inspection #JKIM-CJ9PHN was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DOLSOP).

No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

On the inspection date of Nov 15, 2022 there were 8 children and 2 staff present. At this inspection the contraventions identified during the routine inspection #JKIM-CJ9PHN were confirmed to have been corrected except for the care plan development/update. The Manager stated that she is waiting for additional information from the parent for the update to be completed. Licensing discussed the following items today: - CRC clearance for staff - ECE Programs and bursaries - Repayment agreement - Reportable Incident, re: service delivery problem Visit the CCFL website at www.fraserhealth.ca/childcare for additional resources, and links to the Legislation (CCALA and CCLR).
