-Hand washing stations are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
-High temperature dishwasher (shared with China Kitchen) reached 73C during the final rinse
-All display coolers are < or = 4C
-Walk-in cooler (shared with China Kitchen) at 2.6C
-Walk-in freezer (shared with China Kitchen) at -18C
-Hot holding units are > or = 60C
-Temperature logs are in regular use
-Quat sanitizer (200 ppm) is available in buckets with wiping cloth
-Three compartment sink for manual dishwashing in use. Quat sanitizer (200 ppm) in use for sanitizing step.
-Equipment (Knives, cutting boards, meat slicers, etc) are in good working condition
-Dry storage area is clean
-Chemicals are stored away from food storage and prep areas
-Food is protected from contamination
-Pre-packaged food items are in good condition
-No signs of pests observed during inspection. Operator indicates that pest control (Orkin) provides service once per month.
-Reminder for staff members who were FOODSAFE level 1 certified before July 29, 2013. Certification will expire in July 29, 2018. Please renew certificates before that date.
