304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)] Observation: REPEAT OBSERVATION: Rodent droppings observed in the following areas: -between the booth seats and the windows in the lounge area -in the cabinets under the POS station near the office Corrective Action(s): Clean the above noted areas immediately. Ensure that the areas are attended to on a more frequent basis. Violation Score: 3 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Food and debris still found in areas between booth and windows in the lounge as well as in hard to reach areas of the bar (under the draft machine lines (cabinets) and around the condenser (bar end) Corrective Action(s): Clean the above noted areas. Operator must ensure that the above noted areas are cleaned on a more frequent basis. Violation Score: 3 307 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not of suitable design/material [s. 16; s. 19] Observation: Pooling water noted in the hallway in front of the ice machine. This has been noted during previous inspections re: the ice machine's ice well drain Corrective Action(s): Correction order issued to make the following changes -remove the extended floor drain -add a funnel cone to the new floor level floor drain -remove the condensate pump -add drain pipes for the backflow preventer, ice machine condenser drain hose, and ice machine ice well drain hose -secure the above noted 3X train hoses/pipes to the wall above the floor drain funnel to ensure that all exhaust water goes into the funnel and thus the floor drain -repair the wall around the removed floor drain extension Above noted actions must be completed by January 15, 2024 Violation Score: 9

Majority of cleaning and removal of rodent droppings completed, however some areas still require attention as noted in violations above Rodent entry holes have been filled - good Correction order issued, failure to comply with required actions may result in violation tickets or closures orders.
