Corrective Action(s): Have pest control service for flies more frequently if needed. Ensure all surfaces are clean and free of food debris/sugar at the end of each day. Also ensure all garbage is taken out at the end of each day, and any dirty laundry is removed.

Comments

- Hand sinks were properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- Quats sanitizer solution available at three-compartment sink and from dispenser at 200 ppm. Test strips available for use.
- Walk-in freezer measured at -18C or colder.
- 2-door cooler, display cooler, and self-serve display cooler measured at 4C or colder. Temperature logs well-maintained and up to date.
- Dishwasher reached 74C at the dish surface during final rinse. Good - minimum of 71C at the dish surface is required.
- Three-compartment sink available and maintained in sanitary conditions.
- Food storage practices satisfactory.
- Pest control is in place, however fly activity noted in this department. See violation code 304 above.
