General sanitation of kitchen satisfactory. High-temperature dishwasher noted 74.6C at the plate after final rinse cycle. Coolers (domestic-lower component, standing unit) noted at 4C or below. Operator to ensure standing cooler (right) is maintained at 4C or below. Freezers (domestic - upper component, standing unit) noted at -18C or below. Operator to ensure coolers and freezers are equipped with internal thermometers that measure ambient air temperature in good working condition. Handwashing station equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single-use paper towels. Chlorine sanitizer bottle noted at 200ppm. A dilute chlorine solution can be made using 1/2 teaspoon (2.5mL) of 5.25% unscented bleach to 1 liter of water. solution can be made fresh daily, applied to a cleaned surface and allowed to air dry. Foods are stored at least 15cm off the floors and protected from contamination. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection. Pest control in place by a certified pest control company. Permit posted in a conspicuous location.
