Dishwasher has been repaired and a final sanitizing rinse is being provided (82C measured on the hot water temperature gauge and temperature strip inside of machine changed colour) - good.
Correction Order lifted.
Containers used to store small volumes of food prior to cooking (food on ice) have been replaced with insulated containers that are well-constructed and easier to clean - good.
Cleaning has improved.
