Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats sanitizer was too high and concentration could not be measured.
Corrective Action(s): To prepare 200ppm Quats sanitizing solution, add 15mL of concentrate per 30L of water (stated on the label) or 0.5mL of concentrate per litre of water. Concentrations in excess of 200ppm are considered toxic. 200ppm solution was prepared at the time of inspection.

-Customer are open cooler was at 4C.
-Ice cream freezer was at -22C.
-Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-Random selection of foods were within their best before dates.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and air dryer.
