-Follow up inspection conducted to check on outstanding items to grant health approval: 1) paper towel holders have been installed Note: soap at hand sinks are not fixed *ensure soap/dispenser do not get relocated away from hand sink * suggest installing soap dispenser. 2) under counter freezer installed and at -11 deg. C 3) canned pop and bottled water will be provided until fountain machine arrives Note: contact the district inspector when installed to inform 4) condiment rack removed - staff will dispense or provide prepackaged packets 5) Coffee machine on site 6) ice well removed - staff will dispense perishable toppings from prep cooler insert or will have prepackaged in portion cups and stored in undercounter cooler with the pop. (This will be assessed operationally, may require additional cooler unit if inadequate cold storage space identified -->floor plans submission required) 7) floorplan with edits on relocated hand sink, freezer and removed ice well and condiment rack received. Noted faucet at 3 compartment sink on edited plans did not look like it reaches all 3 compartments but does on site. *Submit as built/drawn to scale floorplans for final approval.* 8) See #7 above 9) rice cooler on site 10) all refrigerator/freezer units equipped with appropriate thermometers 11) cooler unit on transport truck 4 deg. C at time of inspection -Edits made to health application for at time of site visit - Submit to undersigned then call Billing department at FHA to pay permit fee.
