High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse of at least 77.7 degrees Celsius (as per min/max thermometer). Foods are no longer stored in open tin cans. In-use wiping cloths are stored in containers of bleach sanitizer. Ice machine was emptied and thoroughly cleaned. Spoon is used to retrieve cornstarch-water mixture.
