Some areas noted on previous report have been cleaned--thank you. The following areas are remaining:
* Ventilation hood canopy
* Lower shelves (to right of cook line equipment)
* Inside of freezer compartment of white domestic fridge
* Hard to reach areas
Please be diligent about daily cleaning and sanitizing to limit build up of food debris and grease. Ensure all hard to reach areas are being routinely cleaned as well.
Reminder: Ventilation hood canopy needs to be cleaned between services.
Soda cans have been removed from premises and no standing water was observed in utility sink.
Please ensure that any items not required for business operations are removed from the premises as space is limited. Reorganization may allow for easier access and cleaning of hard to reach areas.
