Routine inspection: Note: menu items are the same as Gunderson Park concession stand. 2 compartment sink provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. Sliding glass door cooler at 4 degrees C. Domestic cooler at 4 degrees C. Freezer section at -13 degrees C. No frozen potentially hazardous foods stored. Chest freezer at -18 degrees C. Back storage area freezer at -16 degrees C. Probe thermometer available for use. Bleach sanitizer available for use in labeled spray bottle. General sanitizer formula: 1 oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water. FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection.
